I attempted to set up 2FA for my account and received the OTP for verification, but the process gets stuck with a realtime got disconnected error, causing the entire page to freeze. Even after refreshing the page, it repeatedly asks for the OTP. Upon entering the OTP again, the same freezing issue occurs
