Privacy question about data transfers between EU and third countries

I'd really love to use your cloud service. Looks great and I'm just about ready to dive in.

I have one question for you first that hopefully has a short answer.

I've read your blog posts on privacy, your privacy policy and DPA. Those are great but there's a simple assurance that I don't see in those documents.

If I setup a user database in the Frankfurt region will you (and any relevant subcontractor) ensure the data stays in that region? (Unless I initiate some instruction or process to move it)
Would you inform me if you propose to move or replicate my end-users data outside of the EU?
