I emailed appwrite support several days ago regarding one of my collections returning a 404 in the web interface.
I decided to spin up a new project/database while I waited and ironically this new project experienced the same issue just 30 minutes after getting a response to that email.
I appreciate that I am currently on a free plan. However I am a little disappointed that what I suspect is a platform bug wasn't taken more seriously by the email agent who simply advised that I either pay for email support or join Discord.
Please advise on how to raise this bug for resolution, since it has now effected to separate project's collections.
