Appwrite CLI 28.1.0 adds a `--config-file` flag, so one repository can keep a separate config for each environment, such as staging and production.

```sh
appwrite push --config-file appwrite.config.prod.json
```

You can also set `APPWRITE_CONFIG_FILE` once for a shell session or CI job.
